The payment for pre-order will be charged to your Credit Card/PayPal at the time of purchase. Please note that you have a 48-hour window to request a cancellation for a pre-order due to a change of mind.

Please note that cancellations are subject to a 3% fee, that is deducted from the refunded amount. This fee accounts for the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred during the initial transaction.

After the initial 48-hour period, your pre-order payment will be finalised, and you cannot request a cancellation. This is to ensure a smooth pre-order process and to facilitate timely delivery of the product.

When placing a pre-order through Card Societe, please note that all additional items in the same cart will be dispatched along with the pre-ordered item. This implies that if the pre-order item is scheduled to ship in one month, you will have to wait one month for all other items in the cart. If you prefer to ship right away for non pre-order items, kindly place them in a different cart and proceed with a separate order. Please be aware that orders cannot be fulfilled or canceled partially.
